This series of drawings was a part of the Solo Exhibit ‘Natural Phenomena’ which speaks of the powerful forces of nature. Clark was drawn to the line structures and connections that happen within the split second of a lightning bolt. These line formations can be connected to similar structures such as root systems and circulatory systems, connecting these powerful forces to our own internal happenings. The drawings are composed of sand, resin and watercolour washes on wooden canvas.
